General terms and conditions STEDDI B.V.

Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business.
Day: calendar day.
Continuing performance contract: an agreement for multiple deliveries.
Durable data carrier: a means to store information.
Right of withdrawal: the option to dissolve the agreement within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: STEDDI B.V.
Distance contract: an agreement concluded via the webshop.
Remote communication technique: a means without physical encounter.

Article 3 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every agreement.
The terms and conditions will be made available before purchase.
For electronic agreements, they can be easily stored.
In case of contradictions, the provision most favorable to the consumer applies.

Article 4 - The Offer
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Article 5 - The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stipulated conditions.
After placing an order, the consumer will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
STEDDI reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions if there is reason to do so.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 30 days.
The cooling-off period starts the day after receipt of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify this within the cooling-off period via info@steddi.store.
The product must be returned, if reasonably possible, in its original state and packaging.

Article 7 - Costs in case of withdrawal
The return costs are for the consumer's account.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, provided the product has been received back or proof of return shipment has been provided.

Article 8 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for products that are custom-made, personal in nature, or cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Article 9 - The price
All prices include VAT and exclude any shipping costs.
Price changes due to statutory regulations are permitted.

Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.
Statutory warranty applies.

Article 11 - Delivery and Execution
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the consumer.
The entrepreneur aims to ship orders as quickly as possible.
If a product is offered as a pre-order, a different delivery time applies.
The expected shipping date will be communicated as clearly as possible.
By placing a pre-order, the consumer agrees to this delivery time.

Article 12 - Continuing Performance Contracts
If applicable, the consumer can cancel an agreement at any time with a notice period of a maximum of one month.

Article 13 - Payment
Payment must be made immediately via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
Inaccuracies in payment details must be reported immediately.

Article 14 - Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be reported via info@steddi.store
Complaints will be answered within 14 days.

Article 15 - Disputes
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Article 16 - Additional provisions
Additional or deviating provisions may not be to the detriment of the consumer.
