We ship your order with reliable parcel services such as PostNL and DHL. The carrier is chosen per shipment to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Delivery time
Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be delivered within 1-2 working days in the Netherlands. For Belgium, Germany and France, delivery can take 2-4 working days. During busy periods, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is definitively placed. See the overview of shipping costs below.

Belgium & Germany – €5.95 (free from €50)
France – €6.95 (free from €50)
Rest of Europe – €9.95 (free from €75)

Shipping confirmation & track & trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace link, so you can easily track your package.

Not home at delivery
Are you not home at the time of delivery? Then the package will be delivered to the neighbors or taken to a collection point. The carrier will always leave a message about this.
