Returns

At STEDDI, we believe it's important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you're not? Then you can easily return your order within 30 days of receipt, following the instructions below.

Return Instructions

1. Register your return via info@steddi.store. You will then receive the return instructions.
2. Return the products to the return address:

   Important: Always add your name and order number to the return packaging.
   
   
3. After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days at the latest (but usually much sooner).

Before returning the product, please read the return conditions below.

Return Conditions

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. Within this 30-day period, you must return the product.

Important
Always include your name and order number with your return (in the box or via e-mail). Without this information, we cannot process your return correctly, and processing may be delayed.

Conditions for returns
The product must be returned - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If you use the product more than necessary to assess it, there may be a depreciation in value.

How do I register a return?
Send an e-mail to info@steddi.store with your name, order number, and optionally the reason for return. You will then receive instructions for returning within 2 working days.

Costs of returning
The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 working days via the same payment method.
If the entire order is returned, the standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment will also be refunded.
Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping option (such as express shipping) will not be reimbursed.

Return shipments
Return shipments are at the risk of the sender. We recommend always keeping proof of shipment until you have received confirmation of receipt from us.
