About us

STEDDI originated at our kitchen table. Our energetic child wanted to drink from a regular cup from a young age, just like us. No spouts, straws, suction cups or strange handles, just a real cup. In practice, this mainly led to many spilled cups. During meals or playtime, everywhere.

We were looking for a cup that would teach children to drink like us: naturally, with pride and without frustration. But without constantly spilling things. We couldn't find one.

So we devised a solution ourselves. A regular children's cup, but with a stable base. Simple, and it worked. The cup stayed upright! Our child could drink independently, without spilling and without frustration. Less cleaning up, more peace, more fun together at the table.

This is how STEDDI was born: a cup with which children playfully learn to drink, in a natural way. No spouts or straws that can harm teeth or teach strange drinking movements, but a regular cup that does stay upright.

STEDDI was further developed in collaboration with parents, children and pedagogical professionals. The result: a cup that encourages independence. Without aids, without mess.

STEDDI, the cup that does stay upright. Less spilling, more learning, more laughing: for fun at the table.
