Warranty and Complaints

At STEDDI, we value quality and service. Our products are designed for daily use and to last a long time. Nevertheless, something can always go wrong. In that case, we are happy to help you.

Warranty
Our products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it.
For our STEDDI drinking cups, this means that they have a reasonable lifespan and are safe to use under normal conditions.

What is not covered by the warranty?
Normal wear and tear, damage due to incorrect or improper use, damage due to improper cleaning (e.g., not according to instructions), and modifications to the product not made by STEDDI are not covered by the warranty.
Our cup is designed as an anti-tip cup, but this does not mean it is unbreakable.

Do you have a complaint about a product or our service? We are sorry to hear that and take it seriously.
