Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is STEDDI?
STEDDI is an open children's cup that reduces spills and helps children learn to drink independently. The cup stays firmly on the table and does not tip over.

From what age is STEDDI suitable?
STEDDI is suitable for young children who are learning to drink from an open cup, usually from the moment they show interest in independent drinking.

Does STEDDI really not tip over?
STEDDI is designed to stay firmly on the table and not tip over. This reduces spills and creates more peace at the table.

Is STEDDI a spout cup or a non-spill cup?
No. STEDDI is deliberately an open cup. This way, children learn to drink just like from a regular cup. Prolonged use of spouts or straws is bad for the teeth. Because the STEDDI children's cup is open, children drink in a natural way and the drink remains on the teeth for a shorter period. This helps prevent tooth decay.

Is STEDDI dishwasher safe?
Yes, the STEDDI drinking cup can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Handwashing is also possible, of course. Place the reinforced base (the saucer) with the screw thread facing backwards in the dishwasher rack. This allows water to drain properly and prevents water from remaining in the base.

Is STEDDI suitable for childcare and hospitality?
Yes. STEDDI is suitable for environments where peace at the table and independent drinking are important, such as childcare and hospitality.

Can I order STEDDI for business (B2B)?

What if I am not satisfied or want to return?
You can return your order according to our return policy. Please send an email to info@steddi.store with your order number, and we will help you further.

Is STEDDI's design protected?
STEDDI has been developed with a unique design focused on stability and ease of use for children. A patent application has been filed for this design.

What does 'patent pending' mean?
This means that STEDDI has filed a patent application for the protection of the design. The evaluation of such an application can take a long time. During this period, "patent pending" indicates that the protection is in process. Once the patent is granted, this protection applies retroactively from the publication date of the application. Therefore, it is not permitted to copy the design without permission.
